Talking to APP here on Wednesday, she said the ministry had already set up a crisis center housing a total of 56 camps, where 350 children and women have been accommodated with basic necessities of life.
Elaborating details, she said a tent school had been set up in the centre where volunteer teachers were contributing, what she termed 'sacred' services.
On the health front, the advisor said that medical officers and psychiatrists were available, looking after displaced women and children's health round the clock there.
In addition, the advisor pointed out as many as 550 families had been accommodated in Lake View hotel handed over by a local philanthropist, which, she hoped, would boost the ministry's rehabilitating efforts.
However, she appealed donors to dispatch more relief goods such as baby milk formula, diapers, sanitary napkins and all other kind of food for children shifted to various relief centers across the country.
